View Batch Action History

Batch Actions allow you to execute a specific support action by importing a file with the information required to execute the action.

To view the results of a previous Batch Action execution:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > Batch Actions from the side navigation menu. The Batch Actions screen is displayed.

  2. On the Batch Actions screen, search for the desired Batch Action (see Search for a Batch Action for more information).

  3. Next to the desired Batch Action, click the History icon. The Job History pop-up window is displayed. For each execution, this window shows the status, start date / time, end date / time, and an error message if the job failed.

  1. Optionally, for additional details about the Batch Job, you can download and view the results file. Within the Job History pop-up window, next to the desired execution, click the Download icon.
